Detached Home Total Renovation – West Malling

Plus two New 3 Bedroom homes to the side

Our Client purchased a modest 1950’s 3 bedroom detached home with land to the side in West Malling.

The project consisted of creating a much larger new 4 bedroom home through redesign and extension whilst also achieving planning for 2 additional 3 bedroom properties to the side.

The initial permission took just over 6 months however we then went to appeal to achieve enhanced planning for second floor on the new homes.

The properties took 12 months to complete and are now occupied by new owners.
