Our client in a village near Maidstone wanted a much larger 2.5 bay garage to house his collection of American Classic Cars and also provide a guest suite connected to his large family home. Planning permission was pretty straightforward as we kept the design and materials in keeping with the main house. The finished result blends seamlessly into the street scene and now provides a fabulous man cave and additional useable accommodation.
