Planning achieved for the barn conversion and redevelopment of the adjacent farmhouse in Northiam, Sussex.

This award winning residential development is positioned in the AONB and created many challenges from a planning perspective. The Client wanted to combine the two buildings into one family home. The planning process was achieved over a number of months through redesign and negotiation with the council and AONB units.
